Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We also offer in-store pickup for orders placed at no additional charge. Simply select in-store pickup before paying for your order. If you wish to cancel your in-store pickup order, you must contact us within 5 days of placing your order, otherwise you may be responsible for a restocking fee for the items ordered.

Please allow 24-48 hrs to process orders and 2-3 business days for delivery from date of order for domestic shipments. If you require quicker delivery method Express Mail is available

RETURN POLICY

Full Price Items (including full priced items purchased with a discount coupon)

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any full-priced item(s) you purchase from our website that you are not completely satisfied with. Returned items must be unwashed, unaltered and unused. All original tags and labels must be attached with no sign of removal.  Please note that full-priced items purchased with a discount coupon may be returned for a refund.

 

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount are subject to the following return policy. No refunds are offered on sale items.
 
Items purchased at a discount of 10% to 59% may be returned for an exchange or a store credit. Items purchased at a discount of 60% or more are Final Sale and not returnable for any reason. All other return policies are the same as on regular-priced merchandise.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER

A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained within 10 days of receipt of your item. Please obtain the RA number BEFORE returning any item. No refunds, credits or exchanges will be given on items returned without first obtaining an RA number. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of our shipment to you. An RA Number can be obtained by email at [email protected] or by telephone at (310) 545-9990. Please include your name, order number and the item name(s) in your return request. Please include a copy of your RA email inside the package and make sure the RA number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER.

 

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on intimate apparel, earrings, personalized and special order items. We also do not accept returns on perfumes, soaps, candles, and any personal care items that have been opened. Please call us if you have any questions about the return policy of a particular item. Swimwear - Please be sure when trying on swimwear that panty liner protection remains in place. We suggest trying on swimwear bottoms while wearing your underwear.

 

Exchanges

When you obtain an RA number for an exchange we will verify the desired item is available and we will put it on hold for you pending your return. Return shipping charges for exchanges are as follows: U.S.A. domestic Priority Mail is free; Express Mail is available upon request. International items will be charged at the USPS Priority International rate.

 

Returns - Shipping Charges

We do not refund original shipping charges. If you received free domestic shipping on your original order, you will be charged an $8.00 fee which will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

 

Damaged/Defective Items

At BellaBeachKids.com we are committed to selling only first-quality, 100% authentic designer fashions and accessories. We employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you happen to receive a defective item we will replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us by email at [email protected]  within three days of receiving the item. We do not offer refunds unless a replacement is not available.
